AliPeak partners with multiple courier services to deliver orders across Bangladesh. The available shipping methods depend on your delivery location and the seller:
- Standard Shipping: Regular delivery through major courier partners (3-7 business days)
- Express Shipping: Faster delivery option (1-3 business days) - Available in major cities
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment upon delivery with standard shipping time
- Store Pickup: Collect from AliPeak pickup points in selected locations (if available)

All couriers are regularly monitored to ensure reliable service. You will receive tracking information regardless of which courier is used.
Shipping Cost Structure
Dhaka City (Dhaka Metropolitan Area):
- Standard Shipping: 60-100 BDT (Free on orders above 3,000 BDT)
- Express Shipping: 150-200 BDT (1-2 business days)
- Cash on Delivery: Additional 30-50 BDT fee
Division Cities (Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barishal, Rangpur):
- Standard Shipping: 100-150 BDT (Free on orders above 5,000 BDT)
- Express Shipping: 200-300 BDT (2-3 business days)
- Cash on Delivery: Additional 50-100 BDT fee
Upazila/Sub-District Areas:
- Standard Shipping: 150-400 BDT (Free on orders above 8,000 BDT)
- Express Shipping: Not available in all areas
- Cash on Delivery: Additional 50-100 BDT fee
Remote/Rural Areas:
- Standard Shipping: 200-500 BDT (Special arrangements may apply)
- Express Shipping: May not be available
- Cash on Delivery: Additional 100+ BDT fee
- Special Note: Some remote areas may require additional delivery days or pickup arrangements
Note: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Free shipping thresholds are automatically applied if your order qualifies.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard Delivery Times:
- Dhaka City: 1-3 business days from order confirmation
- Division Cities: 2-5 business days from order confirmation
- Upazila Areas: 3-7 business days from order confirmation
- Remote Areas: 5-10 business days from order confirmation
Important: Delivery times are estimates. Actual delivery may take longer due to:
- Weather conditions (monsoon, cyclones, heavy rains)
- National holidays and religious occasions
- Courier service delays
- High order volume during sale periods
- Customs clearance (for items sourced internationally)
- Traffic congestion in urban areas
Processing Time:
Before your order is shipped, it must be processed and packed by the seller:
- Standard Processing: 1-2 business days
- Peak Season Processing: 2-4 business days (during sale periods)
- Custom/Made-to-Order Items: 3-7 business days or as specified
The estimated delivery date shown at checkout includes both processing time and delivery time.
How to Track Your Order
Tracking Information:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:
- Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
- Courier company name and contact information
- Estimated delivery date
- Tracking link to monitor your package in real-time
How to Track:
Method 1: Through AliPeak Account
- Log into your AliPeak account
- Go to "My Orders"
- Click on your order
- Click "Track Shipment" to see live tracking
Method 2: Through Courier Website
- Visit the courier's website (SSL, Steadfast, Paperfly, etc.)
- Enter your tracking number in the tracking box
- View real-time location and status of your package
Method 3: SMS Tracking
- Some couriers send SMS updates to your registered phone number
- You will receive notifications when package is picked up, in transit, and out for delivery
Tracking Status Meanings:
- Order Confirmed: Your order has been placed and is being processed
- Picked Up: Courier has collected the package from the seller
- In Transit: Package is on its way to your location
- Out for Delivery: Package is with the delivery rider and will be delivered today
- Delivered: Package has been successfully delivered to your address
- Exception: Package has encountered an issue (see "Delivery Issues" section)
Delivery Instructions and Address Details
Providing Accurate Address:
To ensure successful delivery, please provide:
- Full Name: Your complete name as it should appear on the package
- Phone Number: Your active mobile number (delivery rider will call before arrival)
- Area/District: Your district, upazila, or city area
- Detailed Address: Complete street address, house number, building name
- Landmark: Nearby landmark, mosque, school, market (helps delivery rider locate your address)
- Delivery Instructions: Any special instructions (e.g., "Ring bell twice," "Leave with neighbor," etc.)
Special Delivery Instructions:
You can provide special instructions for delivery:
- Time preferences (morning, afternoon, evening)
- Alternative contact person if you're not available
- Whether to leave package with neighbor or guard
- Gate code or building access information
- Any specific handling instructions for fragile items
Note: The delivery rider will attempt to contact you before delivery. Please ensure your phone is available during business hours.
Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries
What Happens If I'm Not Available:
- First Attempt: Rider will call and try to deliver. If no one answers, they will wait 5-10 minutes
- Second Attempt: Rider will try again the next business day
- Third Attempt: Another delivery attempt will be made
- After 3 Failed Attempts: Package is held at courier's depot. You must contact the courier to reschedule or arrange pickup
If You Miss Delivery:
If your package cannot be delivered:
- Contact the courier immediately using the tracking number
- Arrange a new delivery date/time that suits you
- Alternatively, pick up the package from the courier's depot
- Provide your phone number to the courier so they can reach you
Package Received and Acceptance
When Package is Delivered:
- The delivery rider will call you before arrival
- Inspect the package for any visible damage
- Verify the package label matches your order
- Sign the delivery receipt
- Keep the delivery receipt and tracking number for your records
Upon Receipt, You Should:
- Check that you received the correct order
- Verify the quantity of items
- Inspect packaging for damage
- Take photos if there is visible damage
- If items are intact and correct, confirm delivery in the app
If There Are Issues Upon Delivery:
- Refuse the delivery if the package is severely damaged
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt
- Take photos of the damaged package and contents
- Contact AliPeak customer support immediately
- Provide your order number, tracking number, and damage photos
Damaged or Lost Packages
If Package Arrives Damaged:
Report within 24 hours of delivery:
- Contact AliPeak customer support at contact@alipeak.com
- Include your order number and tracking number
- Provide clear photos of:
- - Damaged packaging
- - Damaged item(s)
- - The delivery receipt
- - Any visible impact marks on the box
- Describe the extent of damage
Damaged Package Resolution:
- AliPeak and the seller will investigate
- You will be offered either:
- - A replacement item (free shipping)
- - Full refund
- - Partial refund if item is partially salvageable
- Return shipping will be covered if replacement is not available
- Decision is typically made within 3-5 business days
If Package is Lost in Transit:
Report if delivery is not received after estimated date:
- Contact the courier first using your tracking number
- File a missing package claim with the courier (they will investigate for 7-14 days)
- Contact AliPeak customer support with tracking number and proof of loss
- AliPeak will coordinate with the courier and seller
Lost Package Resolution:
- If the package is confirmed lost, you will receive:
- - A replacement item (if available), OR
- - Full refund to your original payment method
- The seller will not charge for replacement shipping
- Resolution typically takes 7-14 business days
Important: To claim a lost package, you must report it within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Claims after 7 days may not be accepted.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
How COD Works:
- You pay the full amount when the delivery rider arrives at your address
- No payment required at checkout
- Acceptable payment methods: Cash only
- Receipt will be provided by the delivery rider
COD Delivery Process:
- Rider will call you before arrival
- Inspect the package when it arrives
- Pay the total amount to the rider
- Request and keep the receipt
- Verify your receipt number on AliPeak for your records
If You Cannot Pay at Delivery:
- Inform the rider immediately
- Reschedule delivery for another convenient time
- Contact the seller to arrange alternative payment
- You may lose your order if payment is not made after multiple attempts
COD Additional Fees:
A COD handling fee (30-100 BDT) is charged by the courier and added to your total payment:
- Dhaka: 30-50 BDT
- Division Cities: 50-100 BDT
- Upazila/Remote Areas: 100+ BDT
International Shipping (If Applicable)
Available Countries:
AliPeak currently offers international shipping to select countries. Check if your country is available at checkout.
International Shipping Times:
- Standard International: 10-21 business days
- Express International: 5-10 business days
- Customs clearance may add 3-7 additional days
International Shipping Costs:
International shipping costs vary by destination country and item weight. Costs are calculated at checkout.
Customs and Import Duties:
- You may be responsible for paying import duties and taxes
- AliPeak cannot be responsible for customs delays or additional charges

How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected. Dhaka City orders typically arrive in 1-3 days, while upazila areas may take 3-7 days. Check the estimated delivery date shown at checkout.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Contact customer support immediately if you need to change your address. If the order has already been shipped, you may not be able to change it. We will do our best to assist.
What if I don't receive my order by the estimated date?
Wait 2-3 additional days as delays can occur. Check your tracking for updates. If still not received, contact the courier and then AliPeak customer support with your tracking number.
Can I arrange a specific delivery time?
You can provide preferred delivery time preferences in the delivery instructions. However, exact time guarantees cannot be made due to courier limitations.
Is there a signature requirement for delivery?
For most orders, you just need to be available to receive the package. For high-value items, a signature may be required.
Can someone else receive my package?
Yes, you can authorize another person (family member, neighbor, guard) to receive the package. Mention this in the delivery instructions. However, make sure they are available and can accept responsibility.
What if the package is damaged but I already signed for it?
You still have the right to claim damage. Report it within 24 hours with photos and your delivery receipt. Provide evidence of the damage.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery is not available at this time. Express delivery (1-2 days) is available in selected Dhaka areas.
Can I schedule delivery for a specific date?
Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed. You can request a preferred date in the delivery instructions, but the courier will do their best to accommodate.
What if I'm not at home during the delivery window?
The rider will attempt to call you. If you don't answer, they will try again the next day. You can also arrange a makeup delivery time by contacting the courier.
Is my package insured?
Standard orders are covered against loss and severe damage by the courier's basic insurance. High-value items may require additional insurance (at extra cost). Check with customer support for valuable items.
